These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at highlandpropertystaging.com (the "Site") operated by Highland Property Stagers ("Highland," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Highland Property Stagers is a Texas home-staging studio based at 100 Elder Hill Road, Suite 304, Driftwood, Texas 78619. We provide vacant and occupied home staging services for properties listed for sale in greater Austin and the Texas Hill Country.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Information on the Site about our services, processes, and pricing is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a contract or binding quote. Any staging engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement (the "Service Agreement") between Highland and the client, which will set out the specific scope, fees, rental period, install and de-stage logistics, and other terms.
In the event of any conflict between the Site and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls.
The Site, including its design, text, photography, logos, and other content, is owned by Highland or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and download content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
The "Highland Property Stagers" name and logo are trademarks of Highland. Other names, logos, and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
Photographs of staged properties shown on the Site are used with the permission of the homeowner, listing agent, or other rights holder where required. If you believe content on the Site infringes a right you hold, please contact us at hello@highlandpropertystaging.com and we will promptly review the request.
The Site may include links to third-party websites or embed services operated by third parties (such as our chat widget and contact form provider, LeadConnector). Those services are not controlled by Highland, and we are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Highland does not warrant or guarantee that staging will produce any specific sale price, sale timeline, or other outcome. Real-estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, pricing, listing agent performance, and property characteristics. Any statistics or testimonials shown on the Site reflect past results and are not a promise of future performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highland will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Highland's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highland, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis or Hays County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
