Our Story

Started by an Austin homeowner who got tired of staging that didn't fit the market.

Highland Property Stagers was founded after a few too many listings staged in styles that were beautiful in a magazine — but completely wrong for Central Texas. Austin buyers don't want stiff, formal, or generic. They want spaces that feel relaxed, considered, and a little bit Hill Country.

We launched to fill that gap. Every install is built around our own warehouse of inventory — sourced specifically for the homes, light, and architecture of greater Austin. The result is staging that doesn't feel "staged" at all. It feels like the home you want to live in.

We're small on purpose. Every project gets the attention of a senior designer, every quote is fixed at the walk-through, and every install is delivered by our own team — never subcontracted.
