Once payment clears, we need a minimum of 7–10 days to prep and schedule the install. We block install dates on a first-paid-first-served basis, so the sooner you accept the estimate and pay, the more flexibility you'll have.
Six weeks is included in every staging package. If the home hasn't sold by then, we offer a straightforward extension at 50% of the original install price for another 6 weeks — no scope creep, no monthly creep.
Fixed-fee packages priced by home size, starting at $1,900. Kit 1 (1 bedroom) starts at $2,200, Kit 3 (3 bedroom) at $2,950, and Kit 6 (6 bedroom) at $4,400. Every quote is all-in — furniture, install, 6-week rental, and de-stage. No hourly charges, no hidden fees.
Not for standard vacants. Text or email us the listing photos and address, and we'll return an all-in estimate within 24 hours. Walk-throughs are optional for larger or luxury properties where we want to verify scope in person.

Right now we're focused exclusively on Stage for Sale — homes going on the market. STR and design-for-rent services are on our roadmap, but if it's not for resale, we'd rather refer you to a partner who specializes in that space.
Even better. We coordinate de-stage with your agent on a date that works with the closing. There's no fee for an early pickup.
Absolutely. We stage to be photo-ready and have working relationships with most of Austin's top listing photographers. We can recommend a few if you don't have one lined up.
