Quotes are based on the home's square footage, room count, and design tier. A typical Austin vacant staging install falls between $3,800 and $8,500 for the initial 60 days. You'll receive a single, fixed quote — no hourly charges or hidden fees.
Yes — occupied staging is one of our most popular services. We work alongside what you already own, edit, and supplement from our inventory. It's the fastest way to elevate a listing without uprooting your life.
Greater Austin and the Hill Country — including Westlake, Tarrytown, Rollingwood, Lake Travis, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Spicewood, Cedar Park, and Round Rock. Outside the core service area we'll happily quote with a travel addition.
Right now we're focused exclusively on Stage for Sale — homes going on the market. STR and design-for-rent services are on our roadmap, but if it's not for resale, we'd rather refer you to a partner who specializes in that space.
Even better. We coordinate de-stage with your agent on a date that works with the closing. There's no fee for an early pickup.
Absolutely. We stage to be photo-ready and have working relationships with most of Austin's top listing photographers. We can recommend a few if you don't have one lined up.
